教你如何让Cisco重发证书

很多参加并通过CISCO认证的学员都遇到过证书丢失的问题，给大家带来了很多麻烦，通常情况下需要另交USD15来重新补发证书。其实美国CISCO面对这种情形有一种解决方法，这里给大家介绍一个TIPS，学员们可以尝试重新申请补发证书教你让Cisco重发证书
　　
　　1.访问下面这个链接
　　https://www.certmanager.net/cisco/login.aspx?returnurl=/cisco/default.aspx
　　正确打开链接后，点击如下图蓝色框内的链接(不用登录，直接点击就可以)
　　 

　2.正确打开后，会看到如下图所示的页面，点击蓝色框内的链接--create a case(假如看不到，可以尝试搜索)
　　 

　　3.正确打开后，会会看到如下图所示的页面，点击蓝色框内的链接--create a case
　　 

　　4.正确打开后，你会看到这样的页面(下面是关键)
　　 

　　填写你的e-mail地址(请确保你填写的e-mail能接收cisco的信件)
　　填写subject
　　填写内容，包括完整地址，邮编，cisco id和要求重发什么证书
　　
　　下面是一个示例
　　由于本人英语水平有限
　　请大家指正和修饰
　　
　　dear sir :
　　i have passed the examination of ccna(640-607) on aug 30th,2003.
　　but i haven t received the ccna certificate from you yet.please help me.
　　thank you.
　　
　　my information:
　　exam date: 30/08/2003 15:07:30(换成你自己的时间)
　　certification id:csco********
　　exam number: 640-607(假如是别的，请换成相应代码)
　　my address: ******************

　　nov. 6. 2003
　　
　　填写完毕后，点击左下角的按钮
　　
　　5.正确打开后，你会看到这样的页面
　　 

　　点击左下角蓝色框内的按钮
　　6.接着你会看到这样的页面
　　 

　　到这里为止，基本工作已经完成了，接下来到你刚才填写的信箱去收信，等你看到这个页面，再打开信箱，信就来了(反正我是这样)
　　
　　信大致是这样的
　　"please do not reply to this e-mail.
　　
　　to update your incident, or if your incident remains unsolved click on the hyperlink below.

　　然后就去访问第1个步骤的链接，使用你的cisco id登录，查看你的个人信息是否正确，不正确的话要修改了。
　　
　　7.一般第二天就能再收到一封答复信，下面是一个示例
